Welcome to TH Restaurants | Unique Restaurant Concepts

TH Restaurants was established in 1999 by restaurateur Theodoros Holiasmenos as a vehicle to brand and develop his restaurant concepts. These were for his own individually-styled and unique restaurant concepts, while the others can either be franchised or operated by TH Hyde Park Restaurant Corporation in a joint venture with investors.

Today TH Restaurants owns the trademark for Ciao Baby Cucina, which is an authentic but modern chain of Italian restaurants. Karoo Cattle and Land is a popular family steak-based restaurant operation. Smith & Cale steakhouses are upmarket “power” lunch and dinner steakhouses, which are equivalent to the world's top steak establishments.  Kerasma is a Greek-style restaurant and deli operation that boasts modern Greek cuisine that’s simple yet varied.
